The personal information collected through The My Skilled Trades Network Enrollment Application Form is for the purpose of identifying and contacting qualified individuals to provide input, ensuring diverse representation in consultation activities, and evaluating the network. The personal information collected is in accordance with section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act.
