Regulatory Review Survey

Welcome to the Education Act Regulatory Review Survey. Thank you for taking the time to provide your thoughts and suggestions on the regulation-making powers in the new Education Act.  The regulatory review provides an opportunity to consider how existing regulations might be changed and new regulations might be developed to be consistent with the vision, values, principles, policy shifts and governance shifts described in Inspiring Education.  Before you start, here are a few points you may wish to consider.

If you’ve noticed that there are 57 pages of content, you may already be second-guessing your decision to participate. DON’T PANIC!  T
his is actually a collection of short surveys related to all of the regulation-making powers in the Education Act. You are not required to complete all of these “mini-surveys.” All partial responses will be accepted and analyzed, even if you don’t complete every question on a particular topic. Answer the questions that are relevant to you, whether that's just one, or all of the sections.
The surveys are grouped thematically as described on the Regulation-Making Powers web page. They are indexed at the bottom of this page so you may navigate directly to the surveys you are most interested in completing.
We expect that many respondents will wish to provide their input in more than one session. As a result, the survey software is designed to allow you to come and go according to your time and interest.  If you wish to take a break and continue at another time, please click the “Continue later” blue box in the lower-left corner of the page you are on at the time.  When you come back to the survey, it will resume at the last page you were on before you left, as long as your internet browser is accepting cookies and you use the same computer.  The survey will save your data for 30 days and allow you to resume at any time during that 30-day period.
If you wish to navigate to particular areas of interest, please click on the blue “Main menu” button located in the lower-right side of the page.  Once you are back on this page, click on the appropriate topic in the survey menu to access the content for the regulation area you are interested in.  You may do this any number of times while you are completing the survey. All data you have already entered will be saved.

Once you have responded to all areas of interest, return to the main page, click the “SUBMIT COMPLETED SURVEYS” link at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions on the screen.

Please begin by completing the “DEMOGRAPHICS” section.
