The Alberta Immigrant Impact Awards recognize and celebrate the success and contributions of newcomers throughout Alberta, including youth, women, seniors, entrepreneurs, academics, community builders, and those who have taken action to create inclusive workplaces. Please note that nominees must be born outside of Canada but now Canadian citizens or permanent residents, and currently living in Alberta. They can have resided in Canada for many years or just a few. Please take time to carefully read the Alberta Immigrant Impact Awards Guidelines before proceeding as it includes important information about completing your submission. Please note: - The deadline to submit a nomination for the Alberta Immigration Impact Awards is 12:00 p.m. MST (noon) on June 18, 2025.
- All nominees and nominators must read and sign the Confirmation and Consent form. You will need to upload the completed Confirmation and Consent form near the end of this online submission. This will include checking the boxes and having the nominee sign (print) their name on the form.
- If you are submitting a nomination for someone under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must read and sign the Confirmation and Consent form. You will need to upload the completed Confirmation and Consent form near the end of this online submission.
- All steps must be completed in full for your nomination form to be considered and for the nominee to be eligible for an award.
- This form is optimized for use on a computer and may not function properly on handheld devices like cell phones.
To ensure the copy submitted is correct, the nominator has the ability to review the information provided by clicking the 'Previous' button or 'Continue Later' buttons.
